Our intense toxin blend is quite powerful, but it is also a little more complicated than our other blends. This is because the two herbs that make up this powerful blend can’t be consumed together.
Upon opening your intense toxin pouch you will see two packets. One being Senna, and the other, Psyllium Husk. The first step would be to make a tea out of the Senna like any other blend we offer on our site. The second step is to dissolve the Psyllium Husk in liquid, water is preferable.
Psyllium Husk needs to be consumed quickly after mixing it with water, or any other liquid. This is because it will begin to turn into a gel like substance. You must drink it before it turns to this state! The point of this is for the Psyllium Husk to turn gooey inside your stomach, causing toxins and unwanted bacteria to stick to the Psyllium Husk like a sponge or magnet. Then the Senna kicks in, which is pretty much a potent laxative, helping to clean your body of toxins.

Part One – Drinking the Senna Tea
Senna is a dried herb which makes a great tea. We recommend you start by drinking the Senna first and then preparing the Psyllium Husk next.
Part Two – Drinking the Psyllium Husk
Because of how Psyllium Husk reacts to liquid, it is important to drink it quickly. Stir 1 and a half teaspoons in water, juice, or any liquid. Stir and drink quickly before it solidifies.
During the time of intense cleansing you should eat plenty of vegetables.
