Senna and Psyllium Husk work incredibly well together, except they can’t be consumed together as one. This is because the Psyllium Husk becomes a gel like substance when exposed to liquid, which means it needs to be consumed before it turns jelly. Which is why we decided to sell them as one but package them separately.

Together these herbs make an intense cleanser. The Senna leaf is a potent laxative when made into tea, then the Psyllium Husk, once consumed, turns to a gel in your stomach, grabbing toxins and bad bacteria as the Senna runs it out. Making one intense cleanser!
